표면 검사장비(Surface Inspection System ; 신검 IV)는 CCL(Copper Clad Laminating) Sheet 생산중에 발생하는 결점을 인식, 처리하여 제품의 양불을 판정할 수 있는 장비로써 광학과 제어 그리고, 인식알고리즘으로 구성되 는 공장자동화 검사 장비입니다.
